The Hitch Corner's warranty is LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY to the workmanship of our installation services. All product-related issues, failures, or defects MUST be addressed directly with the product manufacturer. NO EXCEPTIONS.


Installation Warranty Coverage

The Hitch Corner provides a 12-Month/12,000-Mile warranty on our professional installation services ONLY, whichever comes first.

This warranty SPECIFICALLY AND EXCLUSIVELY covers:

  • Workmanship directly related to the original installation
  • Installation-related adjustments performed by our technicians
  • Mounting hardware installed during original service
  • Labor for installation-related repairs
  • Electrical connections performed during initial installation

Manufacturer Product Warranties - IMPORTANT

ALL products installed carry their own manufacturer warranties, which are COMPLETELY SEPARATE from The Hitch Corner's installation warranty:

  • The Hitch Corner is NOT responsible for any product defects or failures
  • ALL product warranty claims MUST be addressed directly with the manufacturer
  • The Hitch Corner cannot process or handle manufacturer warranty claims
  • Each manufacturer maintains their own warranty terms and conditions
  • Product registration with the manufacturer may be required
  • Manufacturer warranties are solely between the customer and manufacturer


Critical Liability Limitations

Absolute Customer Responsibility

The customer assumes COMPLETE AND FULL responsibility for:

  • ALL aspects of equipment connection and hook-up after installation
  • ALL maintenance and regular inspection of components
  • STRICT adherence to manufacturer guidelines
  • FULL compliance with vehicle towing capacities
  • PROPER weight distribution and loading
  • CORRECT use of all installed equipment


Explicit Warranty Exclusions

The installation warranty SPECIFICALLY DOES NOT cover:

  • ANY damage resulting from customer hookup or connection
  • ANY accidents or collision damage
  • ANY misuse or abuse of equipment
  • ANY modifications made after installation
  • ANY damage from exceeding specifications
  • ANY issues arising from customer maintenance
  • ANY product defects or failures


Non-Covered Scenarios - NO EXCEPTIONS

The Hitch Corner is explicitly NOT liable for:

  • ANY damages resulting from customer hook-up
  • ANY accidents or incidents after installation
  • ANY issues from exceeding weight limits
  • ANY improper trailer connection
  • ANY post-installation modifications
  • ANY product-related failures or defects
  • ANY road hazard or environmental damage

  2. Schedule a warranty inspection for installation-related issues ONLY
  3. Present original installation documentation
  4. Technicians will assess ONLY installation-related issues


Product Issues - MANUFACTURER CONTACT REQUIRED

For ANY product-related issues:

  1. Contact the product manufacturer directly
  2. Do NOT contact The Hitch Corner for product-related problems
  3. Follow manufacturer warranty claim procedures
  4. Maintain all product documentation


Safety Notice and Final Disclaimer

The customer assumes ALL responsibility for proper use and connection of equipment after installation. The Hitch Corner's liability is STRICTLY LIMITED to the original installation workmanship only. NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES ARE EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

By accepting installation services, the customer acknowledges and accepts all terms and limitations outlined in this warranty document.
